HOT LATTE

5 g · 20 ml water · 170 ml milk, max. 65°C.

Sift powder into water, optionally add 5–10 ml syrup, and whisk until smooth. Add steamed milk.

ICED LATTE

Prepare the same mixture, pour over ice and add 170 ml cold milk.

STORAGE

Refrigerate before and after opening. Protect from moisture, sunlight and odours.
