Avoid boiling water to preserve the fragrance. Strain the leaves after 2 min.

LAYR-STYLE ICED MILK TEA

4 g · 100 ml water · 85°C · 3 min.

Pour over ice. Stir in 50 ml fresh milk and a little syrup.

Up to 4 infusions per portion.
